Hey there and hello,

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the wind down to crisp fall weather that will be coming soon. Now is the time to start planning for fall and all that it entails - Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 

Halloween is one of my favorites and I love seeing the new decor every year. All kinds of things from spiders and bats to Draculas and Frankensteins. It is always a great time. 

I am packed from the end of September through the beginning of November with book signings and talks. I am excited that my Haunted Hotel book is still doing quite well. It was so much fun to write and research; however, I am currently working on my third book about Richmond and some strange things in the city. Again, lots of research and travel to get pictures and interviews.

I have also been helping my brother, who did the photography for Haunted Charlottesville, write his own historical book. It has been fun to show him the ropes; I know he will come up with a great book for everyone to enjoy!

Some good friends of mine have sent me Book 16 in their series to help edit. WOW! I wish I could say I had written 16 books. What an accomplishment for Maggie and Terri! They write under the name of Rolan: O'Brien, check out their WEST series on amazon. You won't be sorry!

Well, the countdown is on, almost four more months to Christmas! Are you ready? (No offense to those who do not celebrate Christmas. I know we all have differing religions and traditions.)
