Hey there and Happy Halloween!
It is that time of year where the ghosts and scary monsters start to rise, and my favorite holiday is almost upon us. I love the decorations, the little mallowcream pumpkins, and all the goodies that come with it.
I am headed down to the MonsterFest in Chesapeake on Saturday, Oct 5. I will signing my books and checking out the other interesting items they sell at these events. It promises to be a haunting good time if you are in the area.
I will also be at the Charlottesville Library off Rio doing a nonfiction book talk on Oct 12. It promises to be a great class and teaching opportunity.
Heading down to Williamsburg and the Outlet Mall, I will be signing at Turn the Page Bookstore on Oct. 19. Ralph Tedeschi, who owns this shop, is awesome and really tries to help you find what you are trying to find in his store.
On Oct. 26, I am joining Dunnlora Inn once more for a Meet & Greet Tea. We had so much last year, we thought we would do it again. Please make plans to attend, and maybe have a spooky tour as well.
Nov. 2 will bring me back to the Book People on Ridgefield. These are two great people running a fabulous bookstore. Check it out if you get a chance.
The Hanover Book Festival commences on Nov.9. I have been doing this festival since 2008 I think, it has been a long time, but it is always a great festival.
Please check my event page for addresses and other information.
I am quite busy through November, and I am happy to see people come out just to say hi! It is always fun meeting everyone and hearing about their ghostly experiences. I am always fascinated by the stories people tell me in places I haven't heard of or have never been to visit. Of course, I keep a list of all these neat places for future books. If you know of a place that you haven't seen in one of my books, please let me know on the contact page.
Well, I have filled the page, and I don't want to keep you too long, so until next time, Susan
